Ticketing Information & Policies

Tickets may be purchased in person at the CPS box office, online, by mail or phone.

Ticketing Services. are provided by the Community Performance Series Box Office located in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center at the Crane School of Music facilty, SUNY Potsdam. Box office hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 4:30pm. In addition, the Box Office opens one hour prior to each concert. For reservations or more information, call 315-267-2277 or click on the events link on this website.

Senior Citizen and Armed Forces discount.  Senior Citizens, members of the Armed Forces, and veterans may purchase tickets at a discounted rate.  When purchasing tickets online, you must add tickets to your cart before applying the discount.  The discount may be applied by selecting the drop-down menu next to each ticket in your cart.

Ticketing Fees.  Service fees may apply to online purchases and/or credit card purchases.

Season Tickets.  Season tickets are available here for purchase.

No Exchanges or Refunds.  ONNY has a policy of no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to attend you can turn your ticket(s) in to receive a receipt acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution (equalling the value of the ticket(s)). Simply turn in your ticket(s) prior to the performance.

Money Back Guarantee. We will be happy to refund the full purchase price of your concert ticket if you are dissatisfied with a performance. Simply write to us and enclose your ticket stub within ten days to PO Box 488, Potsdam, NY 13676.

Group Tickets.  ONNY offers a group discount of $5 off per ticket for 10 or more tickets.  Tickets must be purchased as one transaction in advance.

Free Tickets? Tickets are available for educational purchases.  Contact the Executive Director for more information at (315) 267–3251.

Financial Hardship.  No one should be denied the opportunity to hear great music due to economic concerns.  Free tickets are available to anyone, regardless of age or ability, through our Volunteer Program.  Contact the Executive Director for more information at (315) 267–3251.
