Kelly J. Cicchinelli, MBA has held the position of VP of Finance for St. Lawrence Health since June of 2022, following 10 years of repeated advancement in financial management roles within the Health System and associated facilities. In 2012, Kelly accepted the role as Financial Analyst at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, in 2017 was promoted to Assistant Controller, in 2018 was promoted to Hospital Controller, in 2020 was promoted to Health System Controller, and again promoted in 2022 to her current role, SLH VP of Finance. After moving to the North Country (Northern NY) in 1998, she served as a Human Resources Assistant for Massena Memorial Hospital for 2 years. Kelly then worked for a large land management firm in Potsdam, NY as a per diem Office Manager/Bookkeeper for 5 years while raising her family. In 2007 she returned to work full time for a Northern NY regional public accounting firm, and served as Accountant/Auditor/Firm Administrator. In this role she also managed internal audits for the firm and was lead auditor for external audit clients. Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree (1991) and later a Masters in Business Administration degree (1998), both from State University of New York at Albany. When Kelly is not working, her focus is her family which includes her husband and three daughters. She enjoys all time spent traveling and visiting with her extended family and friends, gardening and hiking.
